Nashville's Big Back Yard Initiative takes on the Shoals

On July 11, 2023, SCTTA Director of Strategic Partnerships Dominic Gialdini visited our neighbors in the Shoals (Alabama) as part of SCTTA’s ongoing outreach initiative with Nashville’s Big Back Yard. Gialdini delivered framed posters of the Nashville’s Big Back Yard regions to the Florence-Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau, Colbert County Tourism Bureau, Muscle Shoals Sound Studio, Kennedy-Douglass Art Center, and Champy’s Fried Chicken. He spoke with these valued stakeholders about opportunities to stay engaged and involved with SCTTA’s regional promotion of Nashville’s Big Back Yard. SCTTA believes in the value of partnering with tourism organizations within and surrounding south central Tennessee because it improves tourism visitation for everyone involved.
